Addition to the Millbrook Tarry Offices, Concord, MA

A dormer and floor infill add rentable space to a contemporary office and retail building in the Main Street historic district.

After Red Hawk Studio had completed the addition to Millbrook Tarry, we were retained by Vodia Capital to design their offices in the newly created space.   The entry lobby space is defined by fixed low partitions. The executive office takes advantage of the cathedral ceiling in part of the new addition.
